Re: Carverfest 2015 speaker build

Thanks for the congrats on the speakers. It was a lot of fun making them. The dimensions are 5x5.5x 10H. I used a true 1/2" cherry wood and fitting everything in was very easy. No issues at all. The back has a "trap door" that can be opened or closed at will. The xover was attached to that back door...

Re: Carverfest 2015 speaker build

Thanks for helping guys. After studying all the post from this site, I've gotten enough information to start working on the wood CF 2015 speaker project. So the parts information that I'm missing can wait for the toy maker. I've gotten the actual speaker specs to start building the enclosures. Picke...

Re: Eye Candy

Beautiful receiver!!! I had the smaller CR-840 and loved it. The sound was smooth and the tuner was fantastic!!! Finding parts to repair after one channel went out was a real pain/problem. So I sold it right after the repair. But still have great memories of this really nice receiver.

Re: Carverfest 2015 speaker build

Unfortunately I couldn't pull the trigger last year ](*,) for the speaker build and would love the opportunity to build a pair of these speakers this year. I was wondering if there is a parts list, diagrams, crossover schematic or kits remaining out there that I could build on my own. Any assistance...

CT-17 power button cap

Hey guys, the cover on my CT-17 pre amp on/off switch just disintegrated. That's the black plastic cover. Does anyone have a source for a replacement?

Carver HT-772 Receiver TFM

I have a question about the Carver HT-772 receiver ..... The HT-752 specs says that the amp in this receiver is a Silver Seven Transfer Function Modified (and sounds fantastic). I'm unable to find out what TFM the HT-772 receiver is. Is this a dumb question? Looking to learn .....
