Opinions on how to complete my system

Here's what I have to start with:


AMPS
1 M240 amp (front)
1 M-2120 amp (rear)
1 KMOS 2200 (sub)

SPEAKERS
1 set of MB Quart PSC216 6.5" component speakers

I'm still trying to acquire the additional equipment I need to construct a quality system for my car. Any ideas on what components I could use to complete the system?

Additional speaker suggestions?
Crossovers?
Headunit?

The install is going into a Nissan 1990 300zxTT so space is limited.

I've picked up a head unit for a good price. It's an Alpine CDA-7892. Not my 1st choice, but couldn't beat the deal (mint condition at $40 from a friend) and I already had a CD changer that used the AiNet interface.

Still looking for suggestions on a sub, crossovers, caps, and rear speakers.

I'm thinking of staying MB Quart across the board with subs and rears. A 1000mfd cap and 4 gauge power wiring.

The sub I'm looking at comes with a dual 2ohm voice coil arrangement. I was going to bridge the Kmos-2200 amp and drive a single 10" sub with the coils in series. That should give me 4ohm load on the amp. Is the 2200 amp stable driving 2ohms while bridged? If so I may go with dual 4ohm coils in parallel. I'm not looking for brain jarring lows. I just want a clean, wide theater for listening to Acoustic Jazz and light Rock at mid to moderately high output levels.

No... Its 2ohm stable stereo and 4ohm bridged.

Great! Then going with 2 2ohm coils in series should work out just fine.

F1nut, noba2278 is obviously one of those SpamBots we see logged on here all the time recently, most probably Google, Yahoo, AOL (the 3 worst offenders in this respect) or one of the new ones that appeared in the past few days. I voiced my concern about these bots mining the site the day they first appeared but was assured that they were not only allowed but safe. Be prepared for an avalanche of this crap now that they have found us.

nice amps, the m240 is the older version of the m2120 see the fuse difference, the 240 used a glass type and the newer 2120 used the atc blade type, so i would use the m2120 on the front. 120x2 is a bit much for the rear fills, but you have it so i would use it just back the level down and enjoy some great dynamic range. the kmos 2200 is great for subs, use if for that alot in the systems I build. it will put out 340 mono into 4ohms, so i would bridge it, as it will put out only 100 x 2 into 4ohms stereo, so you can see it pumps into mono 4 ohms well.
