Carver Phnatom XA-22 ***Never Used***

I have a brand new never used Carver Phantom XA-22 Bass Restoration Processor for sale. I have held on to it for a while thinking I was going to use and I have not. I have priced it for a quick @ $40.00. It has all original hardware i.e.,

bass level knob
processor unit
wiring harness
box of extra fuses
