What are you bringing to CarverFest 2011?

I'll be bringing my Sunfire setup & full active bi-amp setup, including my AL-IIIs~

Plan on bringing 70's vintage this year for the fest. My first "quality stereo system" while back in college. Consists of a vintage Marantz 2270 with Walnut case and a pair of Dynaco A-25 speakers. May bring my Sony TC203 Cassette Player (also for nostalgia purposes) if I can secure it enough for Jesse not to throw it over the balcony. Only thing not from the 70's will be a CD player obviously.

Now just need to limit Terri's suitcases and shoes so I have a space in the trunk. If not, zilch!

If I attend, I will bring the hookers and blow ...


The Statements will be there for sure, and perhaps my little Maggies.

The smoker will be traveling to CF again this year!

It looks like the only thing I will be bringing this year is myself, as it looks like I will be flying in from Canada.
If I had a driving partner I would drive and bring some gear.

No Cherry 180's (slash 260's), No turntable, B&W speakers Etc.

But Tom & Tom are going to bring enough for all of us.

I like that. you are one of the few guys in the world who could give me a review of how I have my Rega 5 set up and give useful advice. I was not going to risk bringing it, but now maybe. Also, you could look over my new tube preamp.

Rabbit is a true trooper. That is a damn long haul.

If all take the easy route, there would be no gear at CarverFest.

I know all love those Carver speakers. Actually, I live back in the woods and never heard a set. Now I will hear an improved set with a live demonstration on how to do it should I ever acquire a set.

My role this time might be trying to keep up and fill in with the odd things yall might need.
(yeah, have no idea what "odd things" are - but I am there for that)

Cables, tunes and beer. Oh, and underwear. I'm traveling light for the first time this year. I might bring the new MF amp and/or the most decked out pair of SDA 1C's any of you have seen but we'll see.

OO, the freezers down there work well. Especially at 130vAC.
