do you have a multi meter?

does it get B+ 450v (big cap)

on the output tubes:
pin 9 355v
pin 7 415v
pin 3 14.53v (bias)
pin 2 V2= .002v pin 2 V3= .01v not sure why this voltage is not the same, maybe a typo???
input tubes:
pin 1,7 76v
pin 6 275v
pin 3 .359v

all these voltages are right at the tube socket pins

put heat shrink on your prob tips so that only the very end shows, you will thank your self latter on....

To add my readings....

While set to 120vac input....

Outputs...
Pin #9 - 384vdc
Pin #7 - 437vdc
Pin #3 - 13.6vdc

Inputs....
Pin #1 &7 - 87vdc
Pin #6 - 294vdc
Pin #3 - .39vdc

All readings with no audio drive, inputs not shorted, outputs loaded by 8 ohms.

One additional is the voltage across the screen dropping resistor (the big blue one) is 56vdc. This amount of drop indicated the total screen draw for all 4 output tubes.

My filament voltage at the transformer output (at the terminal strip) is 6.4vac.
