From the (Warning) on the 1st post in the thread, they are the exact same amp, built by the same manufacture.

[EDIT:] How did you know it was a copy? I couldn't find it? Still impressed for a $4bill amp.
In search of accurate reproduction of music. Real sound is my reference and while perfection may not be attainable? If I chase it, I might just catch excellence.
