Todays project

So I thought I would get started last night by refoaming the first of 10 Cerwin Vega 15 inch woofers I have. Here is a pic of my progress

The foam was a slight bit oversized so I had to gather it a bit . As a result of that fact I chose to shim the coil just to be safe. I also replaced both tinsel leads on this woofer.

Harry,

Please get your glasses checked. You missed the center with that dust cap!

Unless that's the style up in that neck of the woods. :-k

Must be all those nipple clips that threw him off.
It is cruel, you know, that music should be so beautiful. It has the beauty of loneliness of pain: of strength and freedom. The beauty of disappointment and never-satisfied love. The cruel beauty of nature and everlasting beauty of monotony. - Benjamen Britten

The best thing is to learn from others that have mastered the one thing you need to learn!

I would tell you to go to hell but I already work there and I don't want to see your ugly face every day!

Re: Todays project

With that kind of aim, no wonder the ladies all run Harry!!

Actuallly, I'm the one that's blind. But I can hear and see with my hands! Hardy...har....har....

Didn't know you called. I've got a dead spot that runs right up my drive and thru my workshop and right on out the back. Miss some that way. If I'm on the phone as I drive up the street and pull in the drive, I'll drop about 90% of the time.

Call anytime. I might even answer....

Starting to smell the sausage and eggs cooking. I think I see Taz coming (jogging) up the road.... Can't wait!!

Not that we're counting down or anything, right?

You'll be more than welcome Al! Will you be jogging like Roy or will Melody be dragging you up the hill? Missed you guys last year. I'm sure glad your able to make the trip this year! We absolutely are going to have a great time!
