Welcome to the forum!

First, you posted in the equipment reviews forum, which is reserved for, well, equipment reviews! I'm sure you'll get more responses under the Repairs section. I can't help you with this but we have a few PM series experts who I'm sure will join in.

James: can you move this post to the repairs section?

Hmm. You don't give us a lot of info. here. What kind of ¼" socket is it (unbalanced or balanced) and what kind of input to your speaker (is it really ¼" - like a phone plug?) What kind of ¼" connection is on that sub? Are you going to run you PM 1.5 bridged. Does your PM 1.5 have both XLR and ¼" balanced ins? With these answers maybe we can help you proceed.
It should sound like it isn't there!
