I have looked through all the styles available... I really am leaning towards this theme.
Of course I will have to make a new banner for the top, but I think this is the CLEANEST and easiest in the eyes, with just the right amount of contrast.
AND it looks quite CARVEResq'

I will leave this as the OVER-RIDING style for a day or 2, so everyone will get to see it, and then I will reset the permissions back so you can use whichever style you like in the list.

But unless I see something I like better than this one, this will be the new MAIN style of CarverAudio.
I will probably also build off this theme, and will be reconstructing the main website based on this style of colors.

Opinions ?!?!?!

ToyMaker, this one is the worst so far. I can't distinguish which posts are new or unread as all the little lines in the circle icons seem to be the same color. Otherwise, it is fairly clean, but I prefer either of the 2 other previous choices or something completely different that I can choose myself.

Just my 2 cents (Canadian)

James, I'll let all the members decide as to what they want for styles. I just wanted to shout out that I do appreciate that avitars are on the left hand side of the screen again. I don't know why but for me it's easier to see who posted as I'm reading the post.

I'm liking the changes so far. About the only issues I have come across so far is when I hit "view new posts" and I click onto a thread....when I return to the "view new posts" screen, the thread I just read shows up as a new post.....so I'll invariably click back onto the same thread I just read. It's probably something I'm not catching onto, but I've fallen prey to it probably about ten or twelve times since last night.

Also, I have has 2 unread messages for two days now and I've clicked onto them many times discovering that they are not unread. Do we have to mark them as read from now on? I don't see where to do that.

Oh, oh, oh!!!!! get this....when you carry on a PM conversation, it keeps a history of the conversation so you don't have to keep going from PM to PM to see where the conversation left off. Fu(kin' A cool!!!

Tom, all you have to do is hit "refresh" after you go back to the unread messages. It will refresh the page & show you what's read/not read.
