You will need some splitters to run 2 channels together to speaker from the amp. Hook up amp through receiver by removing jumpers on back and routing wiring accordingly. You will still have one channel on amp left for a sub. Just looked at the receiver... use the pre outs on back to run to the Sunfire. No jumpers on that big O 9 channel receiver!!!
In reality, it only matters what it sounds like to YOU!!!

Re: Sunfire Grand 5 Channel 200x5 amplifier & Bose 901 Conne
Don't 901's just have one driver size? So no, nothing to bi-amp..unless you introduce a x-over and designate some of the drivers to be LF and some to be HF??

I'm suggesting he bi-amp 2 channels to each speaker to get higher power. Use 2 channels of the Sunfire on each side and to each speaker.

Maybe. One channel needs inverting at the input, then all the channels would have to share ground. So unless there is a reason why not, i believe it may be possible. What say the resident engineer mark.TNRabbit wrote:Not possible with that configuration.kingman wrote:I'm suggesting he bi-amp 2 channels to each speaker to get higher power. No. You CANNOT join Sunfire multi-channel amp channels together. No provisions in the manual for ANY type of bridging, either.
