I do not know bob personally, however, he builds incredible gear!

To restate my earlier post, if YOU do not place details on an order, don't expect those details on the final product!

I have designers and engineers leave shit out, and guess what? The vendor doesn't know to put it in?
Even if it was verbally discussed, I imagine bob has more than this build on his plate.

Maybe I'll grab my piece of shit pioneer out of the basement, and ask bob to make it into a tube amp?

I have to deal with trash bags like this(dOn) in my business now and then. Its real simple, he is jealous of Bob's well known popularity and will do anything in his power to bring Bob down to his self propelled lower level. Which can never happen, but his slow motion train wreck can be quite entertaining to watch at times. Ive seen it happen over and over.

It's one thing to recover your investment or even make a modest profit. What you are doing is way beyond that. It's people like you that reach out for advise or help, take advantage of people's good efforts and cause people to not want to get involved in the future.
