^^^^^^ SPRING CLEANING ^^^^^^

Post by Toy Maker » Sun Jan 25, 2009 4:41 pm

Start going through your PM's... I am going to cut the storege size back to the original 100 posts. Right now the system is saving 1000 PMs per person. I am going to give everyone a week to get their inbox info saved, and cleaned up.
Next Sunday I will be changing the settings of the forum, and any old PMS over 100 will vanish. So, save important info, and dump the rest.

It won't delete my selections. :(

Worked fine with mine... you have to click the arrow in the box at the bottom, and select Delete selected

I did mine with impunity — mark all and delete

Yeah, I was doing that, but it wasn't working. Anyway, after much trial and tribulation I managed to delete most of them.

I was just telling Skip the other day that I've never deleted any of my PM's.......the server should run much faster now.....LOL

Me too... I'm too lazy to go back and sort through them. I just kept bumping the limit up, and up and up...
It was easier than going through all of them.

Damn, I just noticed this. Oh well, I don't have the time right now to go through 700 some-odd PM's. I guess this will just take care of it for me......... :-"

In search of accurate reproduction of music. Real sound is my reference and while perfection may not be attainable? If I chase it, I might just catch excellence.

The best way to enjoy digital music reproduction is to never listen to a good analogue reproduction.
